I’ve played with a lot of new products this month, some not until the end of the month so they will be in my July favourites. I can see that my July favourites so going to be huge already! Anyway June has been a massive month for me. I just completed my first month of uni and trying to fit in a life and blogging between uni and work is proving difficult. But I’m determined to keep blogging as much as possible.
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Beauty Killer Eyeshadow Palette
At first this palette can look quite intimidating to some people but once you break it down and look at each individual shade it’s an extremely wearable and versitile palette. I personally love this palette and have created a number of looks with it already.
If you want a more in depth look at this palette with swatches, my first impressions post is linked here.
Too Faced Mascara Melt💖Off
After receiving a MAC waterproof mascara from my mum I was on the hunt for something to remove my waterproof mascara easily without having to buy a liquid remover in a bottle. I wanted something quick and easy that wouldn’t irritate my sensitive skin, and this product is PERFECT. It has a tiny wand that you brush through the cleansing oil with, which you leave on your lashes for 60 seconds then remove your makeup like normal. It gets rid of any trace of mascara and left my lashes feeling soft and conditioned.
The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer
An oldie but a goodie. I’ve had this for a year or so now and I still use it on a regular basis.
Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus eye cream
Ive been using this eye cream for 1.5 months now and I’m loving the results so far. It moisurises my eye area so well and I feel as thought it’s slowly improving my dry, wrinkly eye area.
CoverGirl ready, set, gorgeous concealer in light/pale
I wanted to find a drugstore alternative to my Nars and urban decay concealers. I find it so hard to find a pale enough concealer in the drugstore, but I finally found one.
Touch in Sol Corean Complexion Cream
Last but certainly not least, my favourite of the month is this CC cream by Touch in Sol. The packaging is a little bulky but besides that it’s perfection. It’s incredibly moisturising, smoothes out my skin tone, reduces all my redness, minimises pores and wrinkles and gives me the perfect flawless coverage without feeling heavy. It’s so lightweight, it doesn’t feel like I have anything on. After I apply it I spot conceal any problem areas, set my face and I’m ready to go for the day! 10/10!!!
I hope you enjoyed reading about what I’ve been loving this month and leave what your favourites were in the comment section below.
