So with the 40% off cosmetics at Priceline this week (Wednesday 9th – Thursday 10th November) I thought I’d give all of you who are thinking about going to the sale some of my recommendations and products I can’t live without from Priceline.
These are my most used primers from Priceline (and the L’Oréal Lumi Magique pure light primer that I forgot to put in this photo) these two pictured are great to moisture and the touch in sol primer creates a tacky base which is perfect to keep your makeup on all day. The touch in sol primer is in the skincare section but I have found stores to include it in both the skincare and makeup sales.
Both of these foundations have been my favourites for years now and I usually get at least one of these during these sales. I’m planning on getting the Bourjios healthy mix gel serum in the shade 51 as I finally saw it in a few Priceline store, where they usually only go down to shade 52 (which is what I currently have and is slightly too dark) and L’Oréal true match is just the perfect everyday foundation. I can’t fault either of these foundations.
The Australis match maker lightening drops have been a lifesaver for me, especially with my drugstore foundations. Most drugstore foundations don’t go light enough for me but I always just made do, but now I can get my perfect shade every time. Definitely worth picking up during the sale.
Out of these three the maybelline age rewind is by far my favourite as it’s the perfect shade and completely covers any darkness around my eyes.
Maybelline master conceal is also a full coverage concealer but this is the lightest shade and I find it too yellow for me.
The covergirl concealer in the palest shade is perfect but it doesn’t give me enough coverage to cover the dark areas around my eyes so sometimes I mix it with the master conceal to get the benefits of both.
There is so many great powder products at Priceline I still haven’t tried out but these are my favourites from what I have in my collection at the moment.
The Rimmel stay matte translucent pressed powder is one of my favourites for setting under my eyes and face. It leaves my skin so soft and doesn’t leave a white cast. Everyone needs this in their collection.
Australis Fresh and Flawless powder in Natural is another great face powder. This does give you some coverage so I love to use it to touch up during the day around my nose area and it doesn’t go cakey either. Also great for minimal makeup days when I don’t wear foundation.
NYX blush in Taupe. BEST contour shade I’ve found for my fair skin tone. It blends out easily and it’s so smooth and looks amazing. I only recently purchased this and I’m already hooked.
Essence sun club bronzing powder. I find it really hard to find a matte bronzer in Priceline that isn’t really orange so when I was introduced to this bronzer I fell in love. It’s so smooth and builds to a really nice sun kissed colour and smells tropical. So cheap as well.
Australis Show Some Cheek blush in the shade Ablaze is my favourite in this line of blushes, but they are all stunning. Extremely pigmented so you only need the tiniest amount.
Essence make me brow is very similar to the Benefit gimme brow but the wand is a little longer and I find it can build up too quickly if you don’t wipe off the excess before applying but is a great cheaper alternative.
Australis tint my brow is my favourite from Priceline. Tiny wand and doesn’t have any fibres so just has a tint that holds your brow hairs in place all day.
The maybelline hyper sharp liquid liner is perfect for anyone to get into doing winged liner. It just glides over the lid and is super black and matte. Also lasts all day long.
If there’s one item I recommend you picking up during the Priceline sale. It’s the Australis Fake Eye-D limited edition eyeshadow palette. If you saw my blog post about this you know how incredible the pigmentation is and the colour selection is amazing. I can’t say anything bad about this palette it’s up there with my favourites.
The nyx prismatic shadows and L’Oréal infallible shadows are also amazing quality.
Rimmel lip liners are so creamy and pigmented and with the sale will be so affordable.
Australis Velourlips are great liquid lipsticks and this shade Oh Saka is one of my favourites. I think they will come down to around $6 during the sale as they are usually around $10 I believe so very affordable.
Maybelline Baby lips are another favourite of mine and I highly recommend you trying them out if you haven’t already. So moisturing!!
And that’s all of my recommendations for the Priceline sale coming up this week. Let me know what your must have products are from Priceline and what I should add to my list to pick up.
